Opinion of Value
BNO's vast experience and access to transactional data enables it to provide a professional Opinion of Value as to most industry specific or franchise businesses. The Opinion of Value incorporates BNO's analysis of the business and its financial information along with specific business or industry transactional data research. The fee is $750.
Full Certified Valuation
BNO's experience can assist you in determining whether and when a full certified valuation is necessary and beneficial for the sale of your business. Generally, the larger your business and/or the more unique your business is, the more likely BNO will recommend a full certified valuation. BNO has networked itself with several competent and professional certified valuation firms and BNO can recommend one for your business when its appropriate and beneficial. The fees fro a full certified valuation can range from $2,500 to in excess of $10,000. Accordingly, this cost must be factored into the decision as to whether a full certified valuation is necessary.
