BNO has networked itself with numerous financing sources. We refer clients to lenders that are most receptive to and most aggressively offering financing packages to businesses such as yours. Lenders are constantly informing us and keeping us up to date as to the financing programs or alternatives that they are presently offering.
Alternative Financing
BNO’s President’s vast experience and legal background provides clients with a vast array of financing advice and alternatives. Transactions are typically comprised of cash, lender financing and a combination of some or all of the following components:
- Non-Compete Agreement (structured payments over time)
- Consulting Agreement (structured payments over time)
- Seller Financing (structured payments over time)
- An Earnout Agreement (agreed payments pursuant to future performance)
All of the above can be secured in various manners and structured so as to serve various goals and interests.
